Historic Minerals Springs Park: The Legend of Owatonna; at the site of these bubbling Mineral Springs many moons ago frail Princess Owatonna was restored to health through drinking the curing waters call Minnewauaan. The kindly spirit of Chief Wabena’s daughter ever beckons to the weary traveler who visits this park in the city named after her.

Cabela’s: The Owatonna location serves, hunting, fishing, shooting, and camping enthusiast as a premium outdoor gear and sporting goods store. The Owatonna store opened in April 1998 and is almost 185,000 square feet. The store offers a large assortment of mounted fish, birds, and wildlife including a large African diorama.

Owatonna Veterans Memorial: The Moonlighters Exchange Club of Owatonna broke ground August 2022 at the corner of 18th Street SE and Austin Road, just west of the Steel County History Center. This sight will be a great way to honor all the brave men and women who have served our country in the US Armed Forces.

The Reptile and Amphibian Discovery Zoo: “The RAD ZOO” is located just a few miles north of the Minnesota Sculpture Prayer Garden, at the Medford Outlet Mall in Medford, MN. You are invited to come and marvel at the amazing creatures of the reptile and amphibian world. our zoom is home to over 150 kinds of animals from all over the world.
